Integrations for an estate agency
The core runs on Google Workspace and Slack. Many buyers prefer WhatsApp: with WhatsApp Business (beta), their messages land in your inbox with a reply ready. If you already use HubSpot or Pipedrive (beta), Tessa works with their deals. Tessa doesn't connect directly to property portals or real-estate CRMs: she works with the emails they send.
Buyer and seller data
Property deals involve personal and financial data: IDs, deeds, mortgage details. Whatever Tessa reads in an inbox is visible only to its owner, stored encrypted in the EU, and for WhatsApp the model only sees messages with phone numbers and emails masked. Nothing goes to a buyer or seller without approval.

Frequently asked questions
Does Tessa read leads from property portals?
She reads the emails portals send you with each enquiry, like any other email. There's no direct connection to the portals.
Can she book viewings with buyers?
Yes. If a buyer asks to meet by email, Tessa suggests free slots from your calendar and, once you pick one, creates the event and invites the buyer. Picking the slot is your approval.
Does she reply to buyers on WhatsApp by herself?
No. With WhatsApp Business (beta) she suggests the reply and you send it in one click, within WhatsApp's 24-hour window after the last message.
Can the manager see how many leads each agent handles?
No. Tessa doesn't produce individual metrics for managers. The team sees shared work and each agent sees their own.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Tessa has an installable app with alerts for urgent items, so you can reply between viewings.
Does she help with the paperwork for each sale?
Yes, on the organisational side. Emails asking for or sending documents (land registry extracts, energy certificates, mortgage details) become tasks, and you can ask her to remind you what's still missing before completion. Documents stay in your email and Drive, and legal review stays with the right professional.
