A sales pipeline that builds itself

Every conversation with a potential client becomes a deal with a stage, an amount and a next step. When one starts going cold, Tessa lets you know and has the follow-up email ready.

You sell over email but track sales from memory

At a startup or a small services firm, sales run through email and meetings: someone asks for information, you send a proposal, you negotiate price. Knowing where each deal stands depends on somebody logging it in a spreadsheet or a CRM, and that rarely happens on time.

The cost shows up late: the proposal nobody followed up, the client who was ready to sign and drifted away, the quarterly forecast that's really a guess. It isn't a lack of discipline. It's a lack of time for data entry.

How it works with Tessa

  1. 1

Tessa spots deals in your email

While reading your inbox, she recognizes sales conversations and pulls out the stage, a title, the amount when mentioned and the next step.

  2. 2

She creates or moves the deal

Deals are grouped by company (by email domain) and move forward as the conversation does. Colleagues' emails and automated messages don't count.

  3. 3

    She flags what's going cold

If an open deal has had no activity for days, she tells you and leaves a follow-up email in your inbox, ready to send in the same thread.

  4. 4

    You stay in charge

Drag a deal to another stage or use the selector. If you have a CRM, push it to HubSpot or Pipedrive in one click.

What you get

  • No data entryThe pipeline comes from your daily work, not from forms.
  • Nothing goes cold unnoticedStalled-deal alerts arrive with the next email already written.
  • Company view, not surveillanceTotals are per stage. There are no leaderboards or per-rep numbers.
  • Works with your CRMWith HubSpot or Pipedrive connected (beta), see their deals next to yours and push new ones across.
  • AccessibleMove deals by dragging or with a selector, for people who don't use a mouse.

What it looks like in practice

Say a prospect emails asking for pricing. A deal appears under “Proposal” with their company name. You send a €12,000 quote and the deal picks up the amount. A week passes with no movement: Tessa flags it and drafts a follow-up. The client replies asking for a discount, and the deal moves to “Negotiation”.

Who sees what

Everyone sees their own deals. Admins see all of them, with the owner's name, because a deal is company work just like a task. But the history an admin sees on someone else's deal is a summary with no link to the original email: the mailbox still belongs to its owner.

When you'll outgrow it

If you need custom pipelines, forecasting reports or a large sales team with territories, a dedicated CRM is the right tool, and Tessa will happily sit on top of it. For founders and small teams who just need to know where every conversation stands, this is usually enough.

What Tessa reads for each person stays private, your data is stored in the EU and nothing goes out without your approval.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a CRM to use Sales?

No. The pipeline works from your email alone. If you already use HubSpot or Pipedrive, connect it (beta) and see its deals alongside Tessa's.

Does Tessa send follow-ups to clients on her own?

No. When a deal goes cold she leaves the follow-up in your inbox, and it only goes out when you press Send.

When is a deal considered stalled?

By default after 7 days without activity. She alerts you once per quiet spell, so she won't nag.

Can my boss see how much I sell?

Admins see company deals and who owns them, as they would a task. There are no leaderboards, per-person totals or individual performance metrics.

What if two people talk to the same client?

Each gets their own deal. Decide who owns it and close the other one manually.

What does your team look like?

Same AI for both. Where you start is what changes.
