What size of company is Tessa for?
For tech and digital teams of 5 to 250 people working on Google Workspace and Slack. Startups usually start on their own with the free trial; companies with a demo and a pilot in one team.
What does the company pilot look like?
Together we pick one team and two or three goals (for example, every meeting ends in tasks). We help you set it up and review the results before rolling it out to the rest of the company.
Who sees my email?
Only you. Tessa works with what each person connects and keeps it private. Leads see the team’s work (tasks, blockers), never anyone’s email or activity.
What does IT need to do?
Very little: each person connects their Google and Slack account in one click, and the admin decides what Tessa may do. The subprocessor list and security policy are published, we sign the data processing agreement and SSO comes with Business.
How does the trial work?
14 free days of Team or Business, no commitment. If you don’t continue, you move to Free without losing anything.
What is a credit?
The unit Tessa’s work is measured in. Each plan includes credits every month per person; on Team, 2,000 per person cover, for example, about 25 emails a day, 6 one-hour meetings a month with Tessa and around a hundred requests.
What if we run out?
Tessa pauses the automatic work and tells you. Nothing is lost: emails and messages wait and are processed as soon as you buy a pack or the next month starts.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Google, Microsoft 365 and Slack connect in one click. Holded, Stripe, HubSpot, Pipedrive, WhatsApp or your bank connect with step-by-step instructions.
Is there a minimum term?
