Your reply, already written and waiting for a yes
For every email or message that needs an answer, Tessa prepares a draft using what you've already discussed, written the way you write. You read it, change what you like and send it with one click.
Replying isn't slow because of typing. It's slow because of remembering
Most work emails need a three-line answer. The time goes on everything around it: digging up the last message with that client, recalling what was agreed on Tuesday's call, finding the date you promised, then getting the tone right. Do that twenty times a day and your morning is gone.
Generic AI tools can write, but you have to paste the thread in, explain who everyone is and then fix a draft that sounds like a template. For a quick email it isn't worth the effort, so you end up typing it yourself anyway.
How it works with Tessa
- 1
Tessa flags what needs an answer
While triaging your inbox she marks the emails and Slack messages that are waiting on a reply from you.
- 2
She drafts with context
The draft takes the thread and your past exchanges into account, and it's written in the language of the message.
- 3
You review and edit
The suggestion sits next to the original message. Send it as is, change a sentence or rewrite it completely.
- 4
It goes out as you, in one click
The reply is sent from your own email or Slack account, in the same thread. You can also set a follow-up in case they don't answer.
What you get
- Nothing goes out without youTessa never sends a reply on her own. Every one waits for your click.
- Sounds like youEach edit you make teaches Tessa your greeting, sign-off, length and tone.
- No copy and pasteNo need to move the thread into another tool or explain who's who. The context is already there.
- Email and Slack, one flowAnswer a client by email and a teammate on Slack from the same screen.
- Follow-up in the same moveWhen you send, pick “if no reply in N days” and Tessa keeps an eye on the thread.
Where it shines
It's best at the everyday stuff: confirming a date, saying when you'll send something, accepting or proposing a meeting, asking for a missing detail, or thanking someone and closing the loop. For sensitive emails, such as a complaint or a negotiation, treat the draft as a starting point and give it a careful read.
- “I'll send it first thing tomorrow with the changes we agreed on Tuesday.”
- “Thursday at 11 works for me. I'll send over an invite.”
- “We're missing the order number to process this. Could you send it over?”
What Tessa reads for each person stays private, your data is stored in the EU and nothing goes out without your approval.
Frequently asked questions
Can Tessa send replies without me seeing them?
No. Reply drafts are never sent automatically; they always wait for you to press Send. You can edit or discard them.
How does it learn my writing style?
Each time you send a reply, Tessa compares her draft with what you actually sent and keeps style notes: tone, greeting, sign-off, length and language. You can switch learning off or wipe it at any time.
Will it reply in Spanish if the email is in Spanish?
Yes. Drafts are written in the language of the message you're answering.
Does it work in Slack too?
Yes. When a Slack message asks you for something, Tessa suggests a reply and sends it from your account in the same thread or conversation.
Is it on the free plan?
Yes. One-click replies and follow-ups are included in the Free plan for teams of up to 3 people.
