What breaks as you grow
Meetings that lead nowhere
Something gets decided, nobody writes down who owns it, and next week you discuss the same thing again.
Nobody sees what’s blocked
Sales waits on product, product waits on legal. You find out when it’s too late.
Knowledge leaves with people
Who decided what and why lives in Slack threads and in someone’s head. Every new hire starts from scratch.
What Tessa does for your company
Four things that change the day-to-day
01 · Meetings
Meetings that end in tasks
Tessa takes notes in Meet, Zoom and Teams, writes the minutes, creates each owner’s tasks and sends the summary.
v2 launch · 30 min

Your company’s memory

Trust
You stay in control
Nothing leaves without your OK
Anything going outside the company (emails, quotes, CRM notes) waits for your approval unless you say otherwise. And almost everything can be undone.
Yours stays yours
What Tessa reads from your email and messages is for you only. Stored encrypted on EU servers.
Work, not surveillance
Tessa follows the work, never the people: no individual metrics for managers.
Control panel
Everything Tessa did, why, and limits per action type: always approve, automatic up to N a day, or off.
European model if you prefer
You can have email triage, meeting notes and summaries processed by a European AI model.
Ready for your GDPR
We sign the data processing agreement; the subprocessor list and security policy are published.

Frequently asked questions
Does Tessa monitor employees?
No. Tessa follows the work, not people: leads see tasks, blockers and aggregates of at least 5 people, never anyone’s email, messages or activity.
How do we tell our staff?
We give you a notice for your staff and the documentation for your impact assessment. Each person connects their own accounts and sees what Tessa did with them.
Does it work with Microsoft 365?
Tessa is proven with Google Workspace and Slack. Outlook, OneDrive and Teams are in beta: we’ll go through it in the demo to see if it fits your case.
What about more than 100 people?
Let’s talk: a tailored plan, annual billing and help rolling it out department by department.
How long is the pilot?
As long as it takes to measure the goals we pick, usually a few weeks with one team. We decide it together in the demo.
Let’s look at it with your day-to-day.
In 30 minutes we show you Tessa with cases like yours and plan the pilot.
