For anything that needs an answer, Tessa drafts one in your tone with the context of the thread. Edit it if you like; it goes out from your Gmail, in the same thread, as you.

What Tessa does with your Gmail (and what she doesn’t)
Tessa sits on top of Gmail rather than replacing it: you keep using your email as usual and she tidies up behind you. From what she reads she also builds your contact cards (history, open items and the next meeting with each client) and, if you sell, a pipeline that fills itself from your conversations.

How do I connect Gmail to Tessa?
Sign in to Tessera, go to My connections and click Connect Google. Grant access with your account and you’re done: your first tasks show up within minutes. It works with Gmail on Google Workspace.
Can Tessa send emails without me knowing?
No. Tessa prepares drafts, but sending is always your click. Anything leaving the company waits for your approval unless you change that rule in the control panel.
Who else can see my email?
Nobody. What Tessa extracts from your mailbox is private to you. Managers see the team’s work, such as tasks and blockers, never anyone’s email or activity.
Is the Gmail AI assistant free?
The Free plan, for teams of up to 3 people, includes tasks from email, one-click replies and follow-ups. Paid plans add Slack, meetings, routines and the other integrations.
Does it handle languages other than English?
Yes. Tessa was built for Spanish-speaking teams first and handles English just as well, replying in the language of each thread.
