Tessa brings a ClickUp list’s tasks into Tessera so you see them next to what you’re asked by email, on Slack or in a meeting.
This connection is in beta: it works, but we are still testing it with real accounts.
ClickUp has everything, except what nobody logs
ClickUp can handle almost anything: spaces, lists, views, automations. Which is exactly why many teams set it up carefully and then realise real tasks still arrive by email and chat.
Copying every request into ClickUp is extra work, and skipping it means the tool you invested in doesn’t reflect what’s happening.

In Integrations, paste the ID of the ClickUp list you want to connect.

Authorise with ClickUp
Sign in to ClickUp and grant access. Access is stored encrypted in Tessera.

Tasks show up in Tessera
With title, status and link, on the Tasks board, next to what Tessa picks up from your inbox and meeting minutes.

Tessa re-reads the list frequently and mirrors changes.

Things to keep in mind
You connect one list at a time: if you use several, connect the ones that matter most. It’s in beta, built on ClickUp’s public API and tested with simulated data, not yet with enough real accounts. If it shows as “Coming soon” in your account, the connection isn’t enabled in Tessera yet.
- Tessa doesn’t change statuses or delete tasks in ClickUp.
- ClickUp statuses are simplified to to do, in progress and done.
What Tessa reads for each person stays private, your data is stored in the EU and nothing goes out without your approval.

How do I connect ClickUp to Tessa?
Copy the list ID in ClickUp, paste it into Integrations, click Connect and authorise with your account.
Can I connect a whole space?
Not for now: each connection is one list. You can connect several lists.
Does Tessa replace ClickUp Brain?
They don’t do the same job. Tessa works mainly with email, Slack, meetings and billing, and mirrors ClickUp so it sits in the same view.
Does Tessa change my ClickUp tasks?
No. She reads the connected list and mirrors it in Tessera.
Is this an official ClickUp integration?
No. Tessera uses ClickUp’s public API with your authorisation. ClickUp is a trademark of its owner.
