Automations you write the way you'd say them

Describe in plain words what should happen and when. Tessa turns it into a routine, shows you how she understood it and then runs it on her own every time it's due.

You know what to automate. You don't have time to build the workflow

Every company has jobs that repeat: chasing overdue invoices, telling the team what's due this week, logging a lead that comes in by email, sending a recap after every client meeting. They get done by hand because setting up the automation feels like more work than doing them.

Classic automation tools ask you to think in triggers, steps, fields and connectors. They're great for people who know them well, but small teams rarely have someone with the time.

How it works with Tessa

  1. 1

    Write it down

For example: “every Monday at 9, remind clients with overdue invoices” or “when an email from a new lead arrives, add it to the CRM and suggest a call”.

  2. 2

Tessa shows how she read it

She splits it into when (a schedule or an event) and what to do. You check the trigger and fix it if needed before saving.

  3. 3

    It runs by itself

On schedule, or when the event happens: an email arrives, a meeting ends, a task becomes overdue or a Holded invoice goes past due.

  4. 4

    External actions wait for you

If the routine needs to send something outside the company, that action waits for your approval unless an admin has decided otherwise.

What you get

  • No diagramsOne sentence is enough. No boxes to connect, no fields to map.
  • Useful triggersScheduled (weekdays or day of the month) or event-based: email received, meeting ended, task overdue, invoice overdue.
  • Stays under controlOutbound actions need approval by default, and every run is logged with its result.
  • Personal or company-wideEveryone has private routines; admins can create company routines around tasks and invoices.
  • Starter ideas includedIndustry templates come with routines designed for your type of business, ready to import.

Routines that tend to work well

Some examples to get you started; tweak the wording to fit:

  • “Every Monday at 9, remind clients with overdue invoices” (with Holded connected).
  • “Every Friday at 1pm, send me what's due next week.”
  • “When a client meeting ends, draft a recap email I can send them.”
  • “When an Operations task goes overdue, post a heads-up in #operations.”

What a routine can't do

A company routine never reacts to one person's email or meetings, and no routine produces metrics about people. Tessa automates work, she doesn't watch anyone.

What Tessa reads for each person stays private, your data is stored in the EU and nothing goes out without your approval.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Write the routine the way you'd explain it to a colleague. If Tessa reads it differently, you'll see that before saving and can adjust the trigger in a simple editor.

Can a routine email clients without me seeing it?

Not by default: outbound actions wait for approval. Only if an admin sets that type of action to automatic in the control panel does it go out without waiting.

Is this a Zapier or Make alternative?

For a lot of office work, yes: alerts, reminders, emails and tasks driven by your inbox, meetings and Holded. If you need flows across dozens of different apps, those tools are still more complete.

What happens if we run out of credits?

The routine pauses with an “Out of credits” notice and picks up again as soon as credits are available. Nothing is lost.

Which time zone do schedules use?

Currently Spain's mainland time (Madrid). If your team works in another time zone, keep that in mind when you set the hour.

What does your team look like?

Same AI for both. Where you start is what changes.
