Documents that already know your business

Ask for a proposal, a written quote, formal minutes or an investor email and Tessa drafts it with what she already knows: your conversations, your meetings and, if connected, Holded and your CRM. The result lands in your Drive.

The blank page isn't the hard part. Gathering the facts is

Writing a client proposal means rereading the email thread, going over the call notes, finding the last similar quote and checking prices. The actual writing is the quick bit.

With a generic AI chat you have to paste all of that in by hand, and the output still tends to stay vague because it doesn't know your client or what you agreed. You end up rewriting half of it.

How it works with Tessa

  1. 1

Pick the type and the recipient

Proposal, written quote, formal minutes, investor email or something else. Say who it's for and what to emphasize.

  2. 2

    Tessa gathers context

She searches your company memory with your permissions, your email with that contact and, if connected, Holded and your CRM.

  3. 3

    She writes the draft

The document is written with that information. Emails and phone numbers are masked before the AI model sees them.

  4. 4

    It's in your Drive

A Google Doc is created in your Drive, shared with no one, and you get the link. Review it, tweak it and decide who gets it.

What you get

  • Built on real factsNames, agreements and context come from your work, not boilerplate.
  • In the tool you already useYou get a normal Google Doc, editable and shareable like any other.
  • Private until you share itDocuments are created unshared. You decide when and with whom.
  • Respects permissionsTessa only uses what you can see at your company, never someone else's email.
  • Ask from anywhereFrom the Documents tab, with ⌘K, or by asking Tessa in the chat or in Slack.

Example requests

A few ways to ask, as examples. The more specific you are about what the document should achieve, the better the first draft.

  • “Proposal for Kirai covering the scope change we discussed Tuesday and the delivery schedule.”
  • “Formal minutes of yesterday's partners' meeting, with decisions and owners.”
  • “Written quote for the Orbe office refit, using the line items they emailed us.”
  • “Investor email announcing the v2 launch and what we need help with.”

Holded quotes

The quote Documents drafts is text for you to review and send. If you use Holded, Tessa can also create the quote as a Holded document, always after your approval.

That split is deliberate. A written proposal explains the why, the scope and the timing in your own words; the Holded quote is the formal document with line items and taxes that your client signs off on. Many teams send both together.

What Tessa reads for each person stays private, your data is stored in the EU and nothing goes out without your approval.

Frequently asked questions

Where are documents saved?

In your Google Drive, as a new Google Doc shared with no one. With Microsoft 365 (beta), as a .docx file in a “Tessa” folder in your OneDrive.

Does Tessa send the document to the client?

No. She gives you the link and you decide what to do with it. Nothing leaves the company without your approval.

Can it use my company's templates?

Today Tessa drafts from context and your instructions rather than filling in a Word or Docs template. You can ask for a specific structure in your request.

What does it use from my CRM and Holded?

If connected, the contact's details and related deals or invoices that help with the draft. If they don't respond in time, the document is written without them.

How much does a document cost?

Each draft uses AI credits from the Team or Business plan. The exact cost is in the credits table on the pricing page.

What does your team look like?

Same AI for both. Where you start is what changes.
